Better rear washer jet Clio 2?

Has anyone ever found/fitted a better alternative for the rear wiper washer jet from a Clio II phase 1?

Normally the washer jet pours a small stream of water on the right side of the rear screen.

Would like to know if there might be a better replacement jet with perhaps 2 streams or a better spray.
