Help Required - Starting Problems CLIO 1.2 2002

Hi,

im new to this forum and indeed Renaults. The car in question is a CLIO 1.2 200 and my daughters new car after passing her test. I have done some googling and have been amazed by the types of problems it could be. I was hoping the cause could be narrowed down

The car was driven fine the day before last, and since will not start or even turnover. There are a number of strange things going on, which I will try to describe.

1. Keyfob will not open door, worked the previous evening to lock car.

2. With key in ignition, the immobiliser light does nothing (Does not flash or stay on)

3. Only certain circuits seem to work

lights, horn, radio, screen wash all work

windscreen wipers, indicators, hazzards do not

Starter motor does not turn

only passenger side electric window operates

4. Instrument panel seems a little erratic on turning on, makes a clicking whizzing noise and then turns on

5. Clock also seems to reset itself back to 00.00 without the battery being connected

any help greatly appreciated, as the faults all seem very strange all at once.
