Battery change side effects

Hi all,
Recently I changed the battery and since then I see following electronic problems
1. Back seat windows are not working properly
2. Parking brake fault
3. Central door lock is not working properly
4. AC/Heater button are not working properly
5. Glass roof is not working properly.

Is there something to do with electronic system re-initiation? How much I need to spend it to fix it? Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
